That sounds very interesting, Emma. How many rounds do you suggest we should do in one session?
Emma:
Usually, two or three rounds are enough for a small group. In the first round, we just say ideas quickly without judgment. In the second round, we discuss them more deeply and see which ones are useful. If needed, we can also do a third round to refine the strongest ideas.
Ken:
I see. That seems simple to try and not too time-consuming.
But what if someone feels shy and doesn’t want to share an idea in front of others?
