David:
Thank you, Sarah. The tips sound very useful. I sometimes feel I waste time in the morning. What do you suggest for that?
Sarah:
That’s a good point. I suggest starting the day with your most important task. When your mind is clear, it’s easier to focus. You can leave emails or small tasks for later in the day.
David:
That makes sense. But what if a client sends me an urgent message during that time?
Sarah:
Of course, urgent issues are different. You should respond quickly if something is critical. But in many cases, emails can wait one or two hours. The key is to know the difference between urgent and non-urgent tasks.
